We've been monitoring build health all day and have confirmed the issue was fully resolved at time of last blog.  Sorry for any impact this caused.  ---- Update: Thu, May 16 2013 7:45 PM UTC - We believe the issue is mitigated now.  We are continuing to watch the system but overall service levels have returned to normal levels. Final Update: We deployed a fix that resolved the issue and we are back in business.  Sorry about the inconvenience. ---- Update: Wed, May 15 2013 10:02 PM UTC - It appears like the issue is related to a few customer groups only.  We are rolling out a fix that helps mitigate the issue.  Will provide an update once the update has been rolled out and issue has been confirmed fixed. --- Initial Update: Wed, May 15 2013 9:38 PM UTC We are actively investigating an issue where users are unable to connect to the service.  We will provide an update as soon as we have more details.
